Dominick “St. Nick” Banks is a well-established entrepreneur, philanthropist and financial expert with a true passion for music and art. His love of the artistry lead him to found Banks Management and The Spot Sodo. He has many years of experience in the industry, managing artists such as Ray J, Silky Slim and G. Perico. St. Nick learned much of the craft from his upbringing in LA, finding his foothold during the rise of the new West Coast movement. He has a family history in TV production and casting, as well as in music. His grandfather played guitar for Ray Charles and his uncle was part of a techno movement that produced the first wave of LA rappers.

St. Nick also works as a volunteer soccer coach, football coach and a youth mentor. He also works alongside the non-profit organization One Flag West Coast, dedicated to providing social services for kids and meals to those who need them.
